Returns & Exchanges

1. General Policy

Due to the delicate and intimate nature of bridal accessories and handcrafted pieces, all purchases are

considered FINAL SALE unless explicitly stated otherwise. By completing a purchase on our website,

the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Return & Exchange Policy.

2. Handmade & Custom Pieces (Yes, Darling by Mia Collection)

All Yes, Darling by Mia pieces are handcrafted, custom-made, or produced in limited quantities. For this

reason, all sales are FINAL. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for handmade,

made-to-order, or custom pieces.

3. Boutique Items (Mia Bridal – The Boutique)

Select boutique accessories that are not custom-made may be eligible for STORE CREDIT only under the following conditions:

• Return request must be submitted within 5 days of confirmed delivery.

• Item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in perfect condition.

• Original packaging and tags must be attached.

• Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Shoes – Size Exchange Policy

Shoes may be exchanged for a different size within 5 days of confirmed delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, tried on indoors only, and returned in original packaging and box. Refunds are not provided. Size exchange or store credit only.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Handmade or custom pieces

• Veils made to order

• Earrings

• Hair accessories

• Headpieces

• Gloves

• Intimate accessories

• Discounted or sale items

• Any item showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage

6. Return Request Process

To request a return for eligible Boutique items, please email: miabridalcouture@gmail.com Include:

• Full name

• Order number

• Photos of the item

• Reason for return Return requests submitted after 5 days of confirmed delivery will not be approved.

7. Refund Method

Approved returns will be issued as STORE CREDIT only. No refunds to original payment method (card, bank, or cash) will be provided. Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.

8. Damage During Return Shipping

If a returned item arrives damaged, worn, altered, or in non-original condition, store credit will not be issued.

FINAL SALE: All Yes, Darling by Mia handmade pieces, custom work, made-to-order items, earrings,

hair accessories, veils made to order, intimate items, and sale items.
