SERVICE DESCRIPTION Private Bridal Alteration Consultation Private Consultation — Up to 40 Minutes | $75 Your consultation includes a professional evaluation of your bridal gown, a discussion of necessary alterations or transformations, a personalized alteration plan, and a cost estimate. Consultation Fee & Payment Policy A $75 consultation fee is required to reserve your appointment. The fee is credited toward your alteration services if you proceed with Mia Bridal Couture. If you attend your consultation but decide not to proceed with alterations, the fee is non-refundable. Cancellation refunds are subject to the policy below. Extended Appointment — Up to 90 Minutes If you decide to proceed with alterations and leave your gown during your consultation, your appointment may be extended to 90 minutes for fitting, measurements, and gown preparation. Gown Drop-Off Policy Bridal gowns are accepted no earlier than three months before the wedding date. Early consultations are welcome, but your gown remains with you until the three-month alteration window. No additional consultation fee applies when you return with the same gown for alterations. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made via text message. 24 Hours or More Before Appointment: Full $75 refund. Less Than 24 Hours: No refund. No-Shows: No refund. Rescheduling: At least 24 hours’ notice is required to transfer your $75 fee to a new appointment, subject to availability. Late requests forfeit the fee. Cancellation by Mia Bridal Couture: Full refund or free rescheduling. Before Booking Your Consultation Please text Mia Bridal Couture with your wedding date and required gown pick-up date to confirm availability before booking.
